ARE WE THERE YET? S2 — Ep.5 Music in the Metaverse

A first of its kind metaverse talk show. Hosted by Keke Palmer and partnered with our Metaverse experts, we take viewers on a ride through all things metaverse. I was brought on for Season 2 which focused on specific topics like gaming, fitness and music. Along with my copywriter partner we created episodes that focused solely on music experiences in the metaverse. From learning to play instruments to attending concerts in VR we covered it all with help from our metaverse expert Brenda Chen, VR Concert/ Immersive Media Designer.
From our music themed episodes we created a long form full episode, three short form episodes that delved into more niche topics, and fun supporting content to bring out the fun side of the project. The idea was to create fun and digestable bite sized pieces of information that would make fun ads. Our ad spots aired during the 2023 Grammys and Super Bowl LVII.

Background Art Development
Inspired by the melodies and rhythm of water and the love our creator has for underwater creatures we we created a beautiful and immersive underwater world as a virtual backdrop for our episode in collaboration with our production partner. We featured elements such as instruments (analog and digital), VR hands playing a drum set, a virtual concert.
Supporting Content
As part of the campaign we also created supporting social first content. Including tutorial specific videos, BTS Day in the Life with our metaverse expert, stickers and GIFs to use in IG stories.
